Contract Conditions
Your reservation will be effective from the payment of the total sum in Bike Lligallo´s bank account which must be deposited more than 20 days before your journey. In the case of a cancellation 40% of the total sum will be payable to cover administration costs. BIKE LLIGALLO will not return a payment cancelled with less than 10 days prior to your journey during the followings periods: • July 15 th to 30 th. • August – the complete month • Easter • December 24th , 25th , 31th • January 1st, 5th and 6th • All Spanish and local Bank Holidays The minumun age of the participant is 16 years old and must always be accompanied by an adult, 18+ years old. THE CLIENT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING: 1. To follow the instructions of the guide, if this service is contracted. 2. For the participants safety, BIKE LLIGALLO reserve the right to change the route if the prevailing weather conditions are not suitable for the excursion, or if the physical fitness of the participant is not as stated in the clients inscription. 3. Do not participate under the effects of alcohol, drugs or medication which could effect your capacity to react or to undertake your journey in the required physical state. 4. The client declares that they have no history of heart defects or any other life threatening illness or injury, or in the case of a female participant are pregant, which may result in the possibility of not completing their journey. In cases of the participant having a false limb, glasses or contact lenses the client must assume full responsibility of the harm that may arise during the journey as a result of these factors. 5. The client must be aware and assume the responsibilty that he is partaking in an activity that involves some risk and therefore must be fully aware of the type of incident which may occur during the participation of such an activity. 6. The activity is not dependent on the weather, however in rare cases when there maybe severe weather condtions and the safety of the participant maybe at risk BIKE LLIGALLO will reschedule the participants journey dates where possible. 7. The client is responsible for any damage which occurs to bikes or any other accessory rented by Bike Lligallo, if it is deemed that these items have been abused. 8. The companies insurance does not cover for robbery of bikes or GPS’s, therefore it is the responsibility of the client to take care of all rented items. 9. The renting contract of a GPS includes a deposit of 250 €, that must be paid to Bike Lligallo at the start of the route, which will be returned to the client at the end of the the journey. The client assumes the responsibility of care any rented items and to not expose the said items to adverse condtions which may cause irrepairable damage. ADVISE – SUGGESTIONS: • Our excursions are not a competitive activity. Do not overstretch your technical or and physical condition. • If you contract a Bike Lligallo guide, he/she will show you where you can enjoy the best places and panoramic views to take photos. • Don´t forget your sun protection. • You need to use head protection – it is obligatory. • Wear sports clothes suitable for the weather conditions. • Bike Lligallo´s Routes are within some of Spains most important Natural Park Reserves and although legally protected in their own rights we request that all our clients are respectful of the enviroment during their journeys. • Please do not hesitate to contact us concerning any questions or doubts that you may have. • Do not forget to consult the projected weather conditions before you contract the routes, these details can be found on Bike Lligallo´s webpage.
